I had the opportunity to take part in a 10 month internship with a local skin care company, Scentuals Body Care where I was the Lead Designer. My role revolved heavily on marketing and design. I created labels for new products, revamped existing labels to suit their new branding and style, designed flyers and catalogues, as well as created promotional emails to distibutors such as Pharmasave and Save On Foods.

Overall, the experience I have gained from the intership was valueable. Besides being able to redesign an entire collection and other labels that would be placed in stores, I learnt to juggle different tasks and responsibilities. I was able to communicate with print factories from China and Vietnam, answer customer phone-calls and design promotional emails sent to wholesale markets such as Save On Foods, Whole Foods, and Pharmasave.

As the Artworks & Branding Coordinator at Sawa World, my duties include designing flyers, posters and Facebook banners to promote awareness of the cause and occasionally events. These are some of the major projects I've worked on with the Artworks & Branding Director as well as the Founder was a toolkit. I illustrated at least 5 of the solution videos. I also had the opportunity to create flyers and banners for the Mini Sawa World Day even held in Uganda and an ongoing campaign called " I Am The Solution".
